Welcome to Edison!
I am so excited to be in Colorado! I just moved from Arizona, and am delighted to be a new teacher at Edison Elementary. How many of you have lived in a state other than Colorado?
So far I have learned that Nell and Jason have lived only in Colorado. How about other states or other countries you may have visited? My father was in the US Army and I had the opportunity to travel extensively as I child. I was born in Ankara, Turkey and have visited Japan, Korea, Okinawa, China, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. I would love to hear about some of your adventures!
I have lived only in Colorado, but I have gone to New York, Arizona, Washington, Washington D.C, New Jersey, Alabama, and Mexico! Look forward to seeing you today!
I was born in Washington, but I only lived there for a year. Sometimes I wonder what it would have been like if my family stayed in Washington, but I love living here,if we hadn't moved I wouldn't have these amazing friends and wonderful teacher. You rule Ms.Okimoto!!!
I've never lived in another US state, but I did live in the state of New South Wales which is in Australia. I was born there and I am both an Australian and American citizen. I like Colorado, but if I could try living in another state it would be Florida because it is tropical and would have lots of insects and has Disney World.
I've been to Greece and Mexico. And Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, and, not least, Texas.
I have only lived in Colorado, but I have been to New York, California, Florida, Louisiana, New Mexico and Mexico. In Colorado I have been to Grand Junction, Pueblo, and Vail.
Not me.

ReplyDeleteI went to Mexico when I was about four, I walked up 1/4 of the up the sun mountain. (I think that's what it's called.)
