It's A Small World

Ever notice how things keep getting smaller and smaller? The world's smallest telephone is less than 2 inches long. The smallest camera is even smaller. How do you feel about things getting smaller? Small stuff is easier to carry, right? But it's easier to lose, too. Do you think there's a way to make teeny tiny cars? Could there be a way to shrink people so they could drive aroudn in these cars? Smallness is kind of a big topic, isn't it? Use your imagination and write about the good and bad sides of things getting smaller.

  1. I've also noticed how things are getting smaller . I'm sick of phones and stuff like that . if you cant carry phones around then you cant text every minute of every day. if phones are big, bulky and heavy you wouldn't want to carry them around with you . wouldn't that be nice? i remember when a sub was texting while reading A VEIW FROM SATURDAY and another one that was playing games on her phone while another one was checking her email while giving a spelling test . isnt that anoying ?

Things keep getting smaller like a computer. Twenty years ago, the biggest computer was as big as a room. Now we have laptops that are as big as a book. Maybe someday, computers will be smaller than our hands.

but it is convenient.they take up less space and are lighter.but they are harder to find and to see.

  5. I think there is a good side and a bad side.
The bad side of technology getting smaller is that these things are expensive and too easy to lose!
The good side of technology getting smaller is nanotechnology. With nanotechnology maybe someday we could create living cells that could go into the body and fix diseases or kill cancer cells.

  7. I think things are getting really small. I think it's good because you can get a laptop and it will be the size of a book or smaller then you can carry more stuff and get places faster so you are not late for your meeting.

  8. Things being smaller may seem cool, but it really isn't.If a cell phone was tiny, your fingers would be to big, so if you tried to text the message: Can I come to your house?, it could end up like this: Cfadnq il cfor, and so on.
